The team at Envision Lawn and Tree recently completed an extensive multi-phase landscaping project in the historic Brookside neighborhood. This project ran alongside a major home renovation, where the homeowners added a mother-in-law suite.
Goal: The primary goal was to create a landscape design that not only enhanced the beauty of the property but also provided the privacy needed to make the new addition feel like its own separate space.
The project began with detailed landscape design and CAD drawings, ensuring every element was meticulously planned. We then installed a state-of-the-art irrigation system to keep the new landscape lush and vibrant. We laid fresh sod and mulch, followed by carefully selected plantings that added both aesthetic appeal and privacy.
To enhance the outdoor living experience, we incorporated a beautiful paver patio, creating a perfect spot for relaxation or entertaining guests. We also added decorative rock and a paver pathway, which seamlessly connected the front, side and back yard and enhanced the overall flow.
To further define the area around the new addition, we installed artificial turf, offering a low-maintenance and visually appealing solution. Finally the team added a new fence and gate to provide the privacy the homeowners desired while complementing the overall design.
