Continue to Take Care of Your Yard

Yes, it’s still Winter but the days are officially starting to get longer and it’s time to start planning for Spring projects. To ensure your landscape is ready come spring-time, one tip is to make sure you are using the right de-icer that won’t harm your grass and plants; it might be more expensive initially, but damaging your grass and plants can be more costly in the long run.

Assess Your Landscaping

Winter is a great time to assess your landscaping to see what is missing. Make note of ideas for what and where new items could be planted this Spring and Summer. But, maybe your yard isn’t missing additional landscaping, its missing hardscape. Now is the time to plan out a retaining wall, pavers, a water feature, outdoor kitchen area or a new patio! Imagine yourself enjoying your new patio at the beginning of Spring — don’t wait until then to start planning. Start now so you can enjoy them by the first nice Spring day!
